I'm pretty sure you could source the rear screen from a breakers but I'm guessing the major cost here is the labour time to refit it.

You might even get a good deal on an 02 or later hood, with glass screen, a very good mod for pre '02 cars. StevenM has experience of doing this

You might have some luck with a classic car restoration company as most old sports cars have vinyl roofs ,worth a try!good luck,
