some of the threads on that farm truck forum are funny though... comments regarding a UK S2000 only having around 211 bhp and of there being no chance of hitting its 0-62 of 6.2 secs...

Sounds like it's one of the old skool legacy saloons. Basically an even less attractive Impreza Turbo. If mildly modified, it could pull a few car lengths on an S2K.

As for the Forester, the S/tb is a Jap import running 260 bhp. Cool cars for what they are and fun to drive, but you wouldn't swap your S2000 for one.

Love the comment about the 'Outrun' girlfriend as well!

That's the one.

I have to laugh at the comments over there though, about Jap cars being 240BHP and ours only doing 210 as if he knows. The Jap ones are 250 on 100RON, and European ones are 240bhp running on 97RON. The 0-60 in 6.2 figure is actually conservative.

on that link you posted the military pdf is actually quite good!

220bhp tho! it's only 20bhp slower than an S2000 imagine a chipped one aka S2000 eater!
I know, probably needs gearing better, but bring on the tractor!
