You probably wouldn't want it anymore as I've had it painted now

plus it cost as much as a nice early S2000

I'd have it no matter what the colour! I think its the nicest bonnet you can put on the S!

a couple more shots of the intercooler being mounted.

Cheers mate! It might just be me but the pipe on the left side of the intercooler looks a bit on the crooked side. Also a little long considering there really isnt anything it needs to clear out that far...Maybe just me being anal again!?

Larger the radius, the less resistance to flow though!

I thought that as soon as I commented and reviewed the picture. I guess you mean a full 180 deg sweep can be achieved like this?

Aye, the larger the radius, the more it is like a straight line. Air does not like to change direction, it requires energy and therefore a reduction in pressure to change into a change of speed to keep up. So anything you can do to ensure that the pipes are as smooth as possible will result in more power as more pressure is maintained from turbo outlet to manifold.

Make sure you use contra-flow cooling through the intercooler for maximum cooling effect.

EDIT:- DUH, it is air to air intercooler, not air to water, my bad! Ignore the last bit!
