Hi just a quick question
is 303 ok to put on the roof rubbers for protection
or does it have to be silicon grease

It would provide the UV protection but wont 'feed' the rubber and stimulate its water (leak) resistance like the grease will. Its not a substitute, use shin etsu or silicon grease for the rubber.

Yes its meant to be rather good stuff that old ninjitsu grease, apparently it soaks in the rubber and 'plumps' it up to ensure a tight seal. Ooh err.
