My window was adjusted & sealant applied in rubber seals seems to have sorted the problem.

Where abouts did you have the sealant put?

I guess IIRC it just where the top of seals meets the metal bracket?

Did honda do it for you?

Im not sure Honda did it. I think it was within the seal & metal rail area above window.

Had exactly the same problem with mine last year. Replaced the roof and has not leaked since. Not sure was the new roof the fix or the seals just re-fitted correctly that solved the leaks?? Remove the seals, clean, re-fit and grease, see if that works..

I'm sure the fitting is at the root of the problem. Mine is coming up to 6 years old - original fitting - no leaks.

Just to resurect this ... i think it's the forward seal of the two pieces that moves over time. I've just compared drivers side to passenger side ( passenger one leaks) and it was definitely too far forward on the metal channels. Removed it and the metal channel, realigned that and put a bead of roof repair rubber along the back of it, greased the seal t and refitted it to match the drivers side.

Basically I think there needs to be a little more overlap between the join half way along the window. What is close enough to keep water out of the cabin isn't close enough to keep water out of the inner part of the seal. I have another suspicion it's because the passenger window rarely gets used so the seal isn't squashed into place as often so it doesn't sit in the same position as the drivers one.

We'll see - plenty rain for testing it.
