Default Roof not working

In trying to fix an audio interference problem (another thread), I've had the centre console out and reassembling everything, now the roof doesn't work.

Checked the manual to find the relevant fuses and checked those, they all seem fine (Fuse is shared with wiper motor and that works, another is shared with electric windows and they work fine).

I've had to manually close the roof for tonight but wondered is anyone had had anything similar?

(And I still haven't fixed the audio problem )

If you've had the centre console out you may have disturbed the connectors on the switch. Another common fault with the roof not closing is the switch which disables the roof when the HT is fitted.

Is the hand brake light on the dash coming on? Maybe you've knocked the switch or connector.

Todays lesson:

When checking fuses, check the right one (when you're upside down in the footwell it can get confusing) and windscreen WASHER motor is not the same as windscreen WIPER motor.

DOH!

Because when they admit them in public ... you don't need to suffer the same fate and can learn from it
