Default Roof Straps

Hi guys,

Hopefully this hasn't already been covered but I can only seem to find it in the American section. Does anyone know where I can source the roof straps other than Modifry, preferably in the UK? I imagine shipping charges will be astronomical coming from the states and seems daft for a couple of pieces of elastic.

Cheers!

Make your own! Elastic, pop rivets, some small bits of plastic. Done!

I just use some elastic velcro straps pulled tightly around the bars. You don't need to make anything works great and you can easily readjust them if they start to go loose.

Great stuff cheers. How tight do they need to be? I assume so you cant get a finger behind? Also did you fit them with the roof completely closed?

Sorry, I missed the ebay link. They are pretty darn tight, you can't get a finger behind without bending the strap. I fit mine with the roof about half way down
