Comptech .. I got MASSIVE gains when I put mine on.

They are expensive though ..

Very happy with my Mugen CAI - went a bit over the top and got the front bumper too, but throttle response does seem a lot crisper and vtec more pronounced - perhaps that is just the sound but it is sweet

Basically, this is the most open ended questions you could possibly ask.

I suggest you go and get prices for all the ones available for the S, put up a new post with them on, and ask us what the pros and cons are.

Put in some effort and thou shalt be rewarded

Mate in my view the best/ most rated one when I asked the forum was the K&N FIPK I got mine from the US from Auto Com (check the link http://www.autocom.com/catalog/index.php?c...3515512_3523750 ) cost including P&P
