Tsukuba lap times were in the region of NSX - R times IIRC which makes it a wee rocket, with 4 doors!

Interesting to watch. The S driver was a lot busier than the CTR driver.

Clearly the new CTR handles very well. Be interesting to see what rubber it runs. It IS 8 years newer so therefore should be expected to be quick.

Will this have an effect on the price of DC5s? I'd consider buying one if I had to go for something more practical. Does anyone think the FD2 looks anywhere near as good as the DC5?

Not sure if it will have a big effect on a DC5 price, in the flesh it looks just as good as a DC5 if not nicer but there's alot of improved stuff on the inside as well. The interior is also better IMO. On top of all of that is has 4 doors and an ISOFIX mounting which for me is ideal .

On the basis of me liking a test drive in the FD2 I'll be selling my S in a few weeks for just that reason.
