A flat piece of metal, hole drilled in at either end, attach seat belt housing to it.

Thing is I have bride zeta 3 seats which have really hi sides and there isn't a lot of room so I need the buckle which is attached to the flexible seat belt material so it fits through the hole....type r ones would be spot on but he tells me the s2000 belt doesn't clip in?

Did the s2000 seat belts change through the years in any way,as in the size of the clip?

Recommended belt for bucket seats is a 4 or 6 point harness

Not happy with the fitment of using the EP3 seat belt buckles. They're too hard against the tunnel. Need to find a better solution.

Are they the same as the stock S2K ones? They're hard up against the tunnel too, so it sounds like the problem hasn't been solved at all...

ep3 seat belt buckles are different size on the rear bench to the front seats. I have both ep3 and s2000 and tried this for myself. I went with the front ep3 buckles and it sits nice and snugg against the centre console and the seat but I do have Corbeau club sports which are fairly wide. I love how they sit, Can add pics if anyone wants

I am looking to source something as well and am having the same issues as everyone.

My driver's side fits perfectly with the OE item, as it is the ABE Recaro with the larger hole:

And before someone points it out, this was just a test fit and the belt now goes through the seat hole on the doorside .

I then ordered another one a few months later for the passenger side and it came as a normal one (I didn't even know there was a difference until I went to fit the seats in the S2000 - they were previously in another car, which had no issues with the seatbelt location).

I have tried loads of buckles and soon realised that front ones seem to be a different size to the rears. I even thought I was being clever by taking my S2000 buckle to the breakers, where I found one that appeared to fit (from a Vauxhall Zafera rear seat), where the buckle was the perfect length and size (and the male part of the belt fitted the S2000 buckle), but once I got it home, I soon realised that smaller male parts clipped into the S2000 item with no issues, but the Honda male part is much bigger and the Zafera and BMW rear seat buckles are too small. I saw people mentioning the EP3 ones (thinking they were referring to the rears), so borrowed a friends one to try and again this was also too small.

I want the buckle to come through the hole as per the driver's seat, so need a flexible one (either wire or canvas).

Obviously I now realise that it needs to be a FRONT buckle, but is the EP3 one long enough and/or flexible enough to go through the hole? Has anyone resolved this so it works aesthetically and safely? I don't want the belt to go over the side of the seat.

FYI I have the M2 Motorsport seat mounts which position the seat belt too far forward with a normal Recaro, so it really needs to be flexible to fit properly.
