Default Seatbelt rubbing

Okay done my searches, cant find anything useful. Leathers been cleaned and conditioned and I cannot get rid of this noise just in your right ear. How have people got around this without modifying the mount? It is annoying and I have a long drive ahead of me tommorow.

I don;t have the problem but why don't you just plug it in if you have a long drive to do ?

Doesn't fix it I know but will help with your sanity

it's probably not the seatbelt but the seat rubbing on the plastic bulkhead behind.

I used to think that this was causing a squeaking noise, but after looking I found it is the seatbelt rubbing on the seat, just over your shoulder. Its slightly annoying with the roof up, but most of the time I don't here it with the roof down.

I get this problem too - definitely the driver seat belt rubbing on the top of the seat, just behind my right ear. My seat is quite a long way forward, so it''s not the seat rubbing on the plastic behind.

Yup,

Scooby has hit the nail on the head, The belt itself is rubbing on the leather just over the shoulder. It is more noticeable with the roof up, tempted just to put some masking tape on the leather it is rubbing against.

I think if I was taller then it wouldn't be rubbing but a chap of small stature (5'6") has these kinda pleasures.

Oh as a side point Scooby, do you know the spell checker tries to correct your handle to scabby
