Prices still going up in the North of England and all of Scotland.

Price of a low/average mile 06 roadster will be about 17.5k trade and 18k private imo. It's fairly easy, write of 7k in year one then 1500 to 2000 every year after that till you hit about 10k/9k then it levels off. TBH it's still great relative to other cars.

But if you ever buy again buy a Bob Gerard, they really don't lose their value like a UK car does and a UK car loses value because of the importers .

CAP is the trade book version of parkers or glasses guide..

We use it to sell to traders... they then use glasses to sell to everyone else

Feels like we are having a long winter this year. Sit tight until we have a couple of nice weekends.

Two simple words - Bob Gerard. He's the scourge of new UK owners.

They recently offered me an 08 plate (MY07 though) for 20.5k OTR. Over a grand off their standard retail because they're trying to clear stock for the MY08. Couldn't believe it compared to Honda's 28k list price.

The only reasons I didn't take them up were the crappy brown seats on all the models they had to offer, and the extortionate road tax on post 03/06 models. Not that that matters to me now - thanks Alatair you prick

I think the silly money road tax for the more recent S2k's puts people off. It will slowly creep in to the earlier models as well.
