Sounds very interesting - can you upload a copy of the terms etc for all to see.

I'll see if I can get Stratstone to email me the T&C's.

Right, just been on the blower with Stratstone. They bloke I spoke to said that there weren't really any T&C's and has faxed me the info he has to hand.

If I find out more info on Friday, I'll post it here. In the meantime, this is what I've just received...

Going to have to check this out.

You don't happen to know if the plan is cheaper if you do it from the first service?

I guess that shows you the mark-up on the parts and fluids they must make if they do it at RRP!

Assuming it includes parts (which in light of Si's last post, seems to be the case), that looks like a good deal given the cost of the 27K service alone.

That does on the face of it look good value for money however a couple of things occur to me;

1 - In any 3 consecutive services there is one major and 2 intermediate services, would the price of the service plan be the same for say 45000, 54000 and 63000 service as the 54000 service is approx

I can answer a few of these as I have a stratstone service plan. In fact I'm on my second.

My first covered 9,18 and 27. This one covers 36, 45 and 54. I've only used the 36 so far. And interestingly, they allowed me to get the plan as I was paying for an already completed 36k service.

Stratstone Leeds that I use (ie city center, not horsforth) are ok as dealers go. They have their faults but they're upfront and honest about any work. Certain things i won't use them for, but for warranty/service stuff, I'll continue using them.
