The dealer I bought was telling me about the deal on servicing, where I can build up a pool for the next 2 services. It would work out at

Thanks, chaps. They seemed like a nice bunch in sales, at least. Don't know what the service includes, but he did say EVERYTHING, including parts like plugs and all types of oil. So, it sounds OK, then.
If sticking to dealers, I will be using the dealer I bought it from, as it is literally 2 minutes from my house. I will ask about supplying my own plugs and oils, though. That sounds like a great cost saver. Thanks.

You need to find out if they *definitely* are providing ALL the scheduled items as part of the cost.
For example, you don't to find out that half the 54k service doesn't actually included tappet adjustments, diff/gbox oils, spark plugs etc. The last thing you want to hear is them saying, "oh sorry sir, these are extra/erroneous" items" and aren't covered in the price etc..... I'd get it in writing as sales will always promise the earth and there may well be get-out clauses etc.
If it does included all per schedule than
