I've used wheelcourier with good and bad experience. My last set of wheels came by them and arrived on time without problem but my friend only got 3 out of 4 wheels and had to chase the 4th up (arrived 2 days later)

I've shipped some wheels to NI without a problem so I guess it's pot luck...
