I'm seriously considering hanging on to my Golf 2.0 GTI, and using it for getting to and from work (if my finances dictate I can afford it)

Or is this a waste of S2000??

If you can afford it keep both, saves you worrying about winter driving, parking in town etc.....etc...

How new is the Golf? Honest answer...why not sell the Golf, buy something even more modest and use that. I`m thinkin super lower insurance/fuel/etc. Something like a diesel. Then keep the S for weekend/play.

Keep the S.
I have no problems having two cars and i agree with some of the comments about winter driving and parking.

Col,

3.5 yr old MkIV.
I've thought about this, but it's running so well at the moment, and for a cruiser, I really do like it.
You're right though, for only a 115bhp car, the insurance is ridiculously high....esp now as all my NCB has gone on the S. (I've been too scared to even get a quote )

I'll only get about

Do I get rid of the golf?
