Default Side repeaters

Washed my car today and when i got home i noticed the drivers side repeater hanging off.

tried to clip it back in but noticed it looked a bit odd.

So i went to the other side and tried to have a look how the other one cliped in.

I only pushed it a little bit forward and i heard something crack and that one fell out as well.

warranty claim maybe???

And is there a way to fix them???
