Default silly question

I seem to be getting though screen wash at a alarming rate, I know that we have had some bad weather , but 5 lt in under a week!!!!!!!

I think I may have a leak.

What do other people get though on a day to day basis?

One fill-up a year seems about right for me! Car is a daily driver, used on very muddy norfolk roads, screen and lamp wash used frequently..

Do you headlamp washers operate correctly or do you get a big puddle under the front bumper?

I never seem to get through any screen wash ever...

I use it often enough but it always seems to be at least half full. I honestly can't remember filling it in the 16 or so months I've owned her...

Maybe they fill it for me at service or maybe its magic....

Must be leaking out somewhere. Get you better half to watch while you operate the washers - remember to check headlight washers as well.

Give your screen a good polish (even clay-bar it first!), Rain X and a new set of wipers. That seems to cope with most conditions with minimal requirements for squirtage.

I havent filled mine up in 3 years as they always do it at services. The stuff they use is horrible though, it smells like BO

Also the screen on an s2000 is a nightmare, why does it get so dirty all the time I reckon because it's at a funny angle.

Filled mine up for the first time recently after 18 months of ownership (had to look in the manual to find the filler ), but only because the screenwash smelled really bad and had to be changed.

I have been using it loads lately but I find you only need a quick squirt to clean the screen. So not a lot really, 5 lt in under a week is a hell of a lot.
