Default Sky insurance - S2K + Bike

I'm going through my direct access in order to get 2 wheels and will be getting a motorbike hopefully this year

Has anyone had a car and bike policy with Sky before? Just looking into the cheapest way to get myself insured on my first bike!!

No help but I'm doing the same but in January. Cbt and theory have been ticked off, just waiting to book my mod 1 once the xmas bills are out of the way.
A mate has done the same and the bike insurance seem pretty fair (ktm 450)

I talked to Sky about a 3 car, 2 bike policy but I don't think they were too keen about the bikes to be honest, one of them they said they wouldn't cover because it wasn't garaged.

In the end there was little in it compared to insuring the vehicles individually.

Bike insurance isn't too bad if you start off with a sensible bike.

Similar to eSem I asked about a 2 car 1 bike policy & they were not keen. Done them all individually (S with Sky) for about a grand this year which isn't bad considering the S makes up more than half of that

Will be watching this thread.

Just bought myself a CBR 600 RR.

Unsure now whether to keep the S or sell it.

Like to keep both but need to recover some brownie points with the mrs.

I've already had to kick her outta the garage to make way for the S. She currently resides in the garden shed.

That's my position, my dads got the big C and has given me his A3, my S has just been put into hibernation for the winter. (First time in 6 years as it's been my Dd) but I'm in 2 minds whether to keep her,
I can justify getting a bike but can't justify having all 3. Having spent so much on my S I'm happy just to store her for the future but the space she takes will wind up the Mrs.

Can't bin the Mrs, she feeds me well!

I feed my missus and pay for her mobile phone and her car so I get to keep what ever I like, so is the number and type of toys we keep directly proportional on how much we spend on her indoors ?
