You are all going to love it
It's a great car for commuting in don't listen to the doubters. I drove mine in all weathers with no problems. Probably worth getting the suspension bolts greased though.

Welcome to the club, as a new owner myself (only a month) the car is great fun, don't listen to the Fairweather drivers get the roof down and drive!

The last thing I was worried about was my driveway as it slopes down very severely. As you move from the flat pavement to the drive my CTR was 1cm from bottoming out.
If your drive is on a slope don't forget to park it in gear as the handbrake can stop working and the last thing you want is to wake up and find your pride and joy parked in someone's hedge.

Agree with all those who say the older cars have more VTEC kick, mine's a 99 and you definitely know about it.

Oh, I know. Even a new handbrake can't hold a car on this slope so you always have to leave in gear Those crazy house planners.

It's finally run in. Just spent an hour zooming up and down a dual carriageway in between two roundabouts and practicing rev-matching downshifts and accelerating like it's stolen. Sweet zombie jesus - it sounds bloody amazing at 8k+ I'm so in love with this car!
