Default Spark Plugs

Considering changing my spark plugs at the next service (early) after 5 years of the existing ones .
Done a search and checked the FAQ nowt!
Any one gone aftermarket and noticed an improvement if so what did you go with?

I would use NGK Iridium or Denso Iridium (IK22 are standard heat range, IK24 are a step colder).

for some reason I prefer the denso..

gapping the plugs when they are iridium is a real pain though.. and make sure they don't get loose.
