Checkpoint 3.2 is the database of cameras which you can use with Tomtom on Ipaq. It's very good, it works and it's free. It's just been expanded to include red light cameras and SPECS.
You get 2 audible warnings in plenty of time for each camera.

Tom Tom go is a portable sat nav , I just downloaded all the gatscos in England on it so it makes a noise 250 metres before they pop up.
