Stalled the S and cant start it?

Stalled the S and cant start it?

Just parking up and stalled it, went to restart but all I heard was a ticking noise continously almost like a toy machine gun! Could it be the starter motor?

battery probably. switch on the lights and turn it over or hit the horn.. if they dull noticeably i'd say that was it
