Just to clarify, I know you guys went for Tial QR, Supercharger spring (2 psi) but what outlet? I've seen 1" and 1.37" but there was mention of 1.5"?

Did you fit a converting piece of hose to the 22mm HKS hose?
Our outlets are 34mm, but this is not overly important as the outlet is a conical shape, so if you got the 1", it would be straight, and the larger would be more conical. The actual opening on the unit itself I believe are the same.
As for going down to the 22mm HKS pipework, the port is being blocked off and hose run to the bottom of the car venting to atmosphere. If you wanted to re-circ, you could get a reducer to fit back over the 22mm HKS fitting.

Thanks for that.

You can add me as confirmed also. Just PM me payment details.

BTW - sourcing a green spring has been a royal PITA. Looks like you guys bought up the UK stock.

I got mine from Turbo dynamics, when i contacted Tial directly they told me there were only 4 UK official distributors,

Owen
Turbo Dynamics
Big CC Racing
Prodrive Motosports

Prodrive don't sell to the public any more and Big CC lso said they also don't sell them any more.

From the other two Turbo Dynamics were by far the cheapest. I know there are others that sell Tial but my guess is they will come though one of the above anyway.

Thanks for confirming CynicG

Yep - both Owen and TD didn't have the QR and/or the spring. I went with a US supplier in the end.

I ordered mine from TD probably just over a week ago, and they had plenty of QR in stock (Various colours). And as with Har-vey, he was happy to supply with the 2 psi spring.

Thanks for rubbing my nose in it

Last sprint went yesterday apparently although they had lots of QR bodies. The US postal costs of the spring were mental so made sense to get the whole piece. I'm not actually in a rush for it.

Not knowing what the quote could be and someone saying around £100 I managed to get a mate of a mate manufacture the below from a lump of mild steel, the was based on Mr T's measurements which I now note aren't the ones being used with the Tial QR.
I've got 2 options;

Find a BOV that fits the mount I've had made or go with the Tial set up that is shown to fit and work....
The guy isn't charging me anything for the mount, (I'll get him a crate or something) he's done it in his spare time at work and used their metal and machines.

Mr T, are you still planning on using the mount you've had made and if so which bov?

Mike Mr T isn't using that bracket anymore as he's gone down the Tial route but I know he has the forge BOV to fit that flange for sale. I believe you will need a 90 silicone hose to fit it though.
