From a satisfaction perspective, and bang for buck, I'm still 10/10 for the kit. The ease of install and instructions meant that I could do it myself and do a pretty damn tidy install as well. I'd like to think that if I hadnt upgraded the fueling that the supplied bov would have been adequate - although its tiny compared with what I have now.

Also of note is that with the GB price and buying before the price hike, I really made some savings against what the kit currently costs - which makes it even an better result for me!!
I dont think its the fueling that has caused the flutter and I'm running a 255 pump and ID1000cc injectors which is bigger than the injectors supplied in HKS upgrade kit. Mine doesnt flutter like the others so it cant be the BOV, my money is on something on the cars isnt working as it should otherwise it would be consistent across all the kits fitted.

If you do go down the reducer route i would use the 34mm GTR size port as this is what Mr T and i have used and we know that it works.

Auto Silicone Hoses - Silicone Polyester Reinforced Hose - Straight Reducer - 35mm to 25mm - 15 Colours
also this doesn't fit :< fits the tial qr fine, but not the hks pipework, think it needed to me 35-22mm reducer

If you want to just get the car running wrap some insulation tape over the hose barb until its thick enough to slip the pipe on. Not perfect but will get you out of trouble

Managed to get it on in the end after around 4 hours of faffing, the seal is super tight with the oring on the adapter and tial bov, didn't think their was a chance in hell, but kept at it and managed to somehow get it to squish down

Glad you finally got it on. With regards to the reducer I think that's the closest match ASH make but you may be able to source one else where
