I'm getting paranoid about my TTS setup now! It's always fluttered slightly at high load, like Raz's. I thought it was normal. The TTS has a 25mm BOV, which I'm starting to wonder if it's too small. But TTS generally know what they're doing and have developed the kit over a long period so I'd be surprised if they'd got it wrong.

I'm also considering swapping to a recirculating system as the Sytec BOV currently fitted makes a loud hiss I can hear even at motorway speed, which is annoying. I'm too concerned about a slight loss in performance, as it's hitting about 420bhp, which is plenty for me!

Maybe put a long piece of pipe/tube on the outlet of the blow off valve to quieten it down. Which charger have you got Chris? The 38-91 is more susceptible to impeller shaft failures.

Not really doable on the Sytec, as it doesn't exhaust through a single port, but through an annular ring of smaller holes. Might be a good idea to save plumbing in a recirc though.

I've only got a Supersport kit, so a 38-81 charger.

Si, whilst you have HKS attention can you get the answer on what belt should be fitted? and which should have been sent with the kit.

Thanks

Think he has already asked about the belt as i am waiting for their response!

My BOV definitely operates correctly at low boost, i can hear it Woosh when changing gear when driving casually, it seems to only go into "steam train" mode at high boost.
