It didn't look very healthy....thing is he was hogging the outside lane and could easily have pulled over and I wasn't as if I was all over him either.......seems he just wanted to 'lose me'?

I thought the ST24 was supposed to be quick though?

I felt a bit guilty but then again he could have pulled over? also I was not hounding him

He got to 90mph then 'puff' then he pulled over and slowed to 70ish.....wonder if his engine got f*c*ed?

The single most surprising feature for me (apart from obviously the engine - which I guess wasn't really a 'surprise') is the handling.
This thing can turn on a sixpence and, if you do it right, can give you the best sideways action.

So San, you've got used to slight understeer now?

Hey buddy!

Yup.....I have to admit I was getting frustrated and jealous that everyone seemed to be doing it a lot more easily than me!
But, boy were there a few episodes of sideways on saturday!
I still think that with the 03s, you have to push it quite hard to do that (in the dry of course). The number of times I went round the corners without any movement at all hlds testament to that!!

Subaru......mate, you gotta go on one of these days to see what the 03s really CAN do!!

One of these academy days.....at Heyford, on Saturday. Motorsport Events do them fairly regularly at various places. They always seem to get posted here, so just watch the board.
Really recommend it!!

shifting the weight away from the rear end while turning and then applying throttle?
