Default The test drive list

As I'm about to spend up to 20k on a car I feel it's my duty to test drive anything that may come into budget (and a few that won't!!) in the interests of research

Here's the list so far

S2000
BMW Z4 (If I can find one)
BMW M Roadster
Focus RS
Civic Type R
Mitsi Evo 6, 7 or 8
VX220 Turbo
RX8 (if I can find one)
Porsche Boxster
Alfa GTV 3.0 V6
Golf R32
Toyota MR2
Scoob STi or P1 or both

It'll be the only way I can keep sane driving my Nissan Bluebird for the next month or so

Agree with them all. Do a write up of each on here, it`ll be fun to read. Define categorys and mark them out of 10. You can be the sites indy testdrive reviewer.

Speed
Accel
Ride
Comfort
Fun

etc etc.

definitely need an 'Exclusivity' rating - most on that list are more common than Vera Duckworth

Two cars missing on that list that I looked at were:
Lotus Elise
Mercedes Benz 230SLK.

Ok, so they are VERY different vehicles, but if you're looking for a convertible first, those two are in the budget, second hand.
The SLK has the best roof in history (until the Z4 arrived) but it's more hairdresser than a Porker, and that's some statement.

Yes the S2000 is the choice, but as I've got 4-6 weeks to wait I might as well try as much as poss.

Is the 350Z available for test drive yet???
