No Problem

Show enthusiasm for the car, intelligence and that you have done your research and know exactly what you want. Word of warning though, insurance. You will sign a form, especially with TVR's stating that you will cover the first

can't comment on the rest. But for the VX220T, look on the Vauxhall website and find a dealer who is a VX specialist then just turn up and show some interest. I turned up - in jeans and a fleece - and was offered a drive that day, but couldn't, so went out a few days later. It will be an accompanied test drive. That said, Vauxhall dealers are absolutely crap and for this reason alone I am not following up on a VXT

Just turn up in a decent set of wheels with your 'whistle' on during the week and give it the "I've got a sales appointment in an hour and don't have time now but I'd seriously like a test drive'. The 'phone will be red hot for days after!

Got me an S2K, VX220T, Evo 7 and a '98 911 Turb!!!

Blurter ... what was the T350C like ?

Have to say ... if I had the money (both to buy and then run it), that would be my dream car.

Brutish looks, and to hell with any reliability concerns ...

Just turn up in a half tidy set of wheels, look at the car in question, ask what the'll give you in px, look presently suprised when they offer you a cr@p px value and the'll be falling over themselves to let you drive there car!

The real tester is getting a half day drive without the dealer! Give it a go.
