Default Testing the S2000 2005

Blackpool Honda have a Black GT 2005 Red/Black seats ready for testing!

Just been offered a drive as I saw this little beauty in the showroom.

Phone pict. so poor I know.

Will book it after the house move. Haven't even been in one yet, will be interested if we can get a dry day, wonder how long I can have a play for?

I had an hour, solo, mid week, first thing, nearly didn't come back... dealer I had never been to, but pre-booked so the car was ready & waiting.

Hark you, ya Spring Chicken!

Has that old Jock Beardie been slandering me good name?

I do actually like the RNBP think it's a lurvly colour and should polish really well, haven't seen any evidence of that yet though

I prefer the Moonrock as pictured.

The Demo car is the sales managers (he's a fan of the S) so shouldn't have any problems with it being run in. It's got the lid on, which I must admit to having admired Blurters, the car looks fantastic with the H/T. I do question though the usability of it, missing those great crisp winter sunny days, caught a few of them this winter and loved it. Maybe when I get the garage I could put a winch in for quick easy removal.

One day

I was responding to your question "wonder how long I can have a play for?" my test drive wasn't mid week this last week.... was at end of December. Point I was trying to make was that I went mid week as believed the dealerships were quieter, which was true, early meant only 1 salesman, so no one to go out with me...

guess I ought to critically read my posts before posting!!!!

I thought you'd answer "Just cause I could"!

With you having an 05 I thought going for a test drive mid week (last week) Why?

But then Why not?

Don't bother testing a new S. Unless yours is a nail mechanically or visually.

You'll gain nothing from a new S. Nothing at all. It'll feel exactly like the metal you own now.

Save your money.

Its a:

Car - that looks like the one your own.

Drives like the one you own.

Will depriciate quicker than the one you own.

Don't bother. Its a Honda, with 4 wheels which goes exactly like the Honda with four wheels that you already have.

Don't get sucked into the trap a lot seem to on here.

So, ok. I have 25k wrapped up in a Honda I currently own? ok? So I give you another 8k and you give me the car I already have which will then lose money quicker than the one I give to you? It drives like the old one, which I had years ago.

Ok, yes - I'm a tool. I'll go for that.
