Where would one find the throttle cable on a dbw 2006,and is it easy to tighten?

On the driver's side inner wing. The cable runs into a small box with a black plastic cover. Remove this cover (2 8 mm bolts iirc) and adjustment should be obvious from there

Easy least did this myself recently, I ran the car to normal temp and revs and kept it running whilst I made the adjustment, that way I knew I wasn't over tightening the cable causing the idle revs to be to high.

Yes, adjusted mine recently too. Quite easy to do. Makes a noticeable difference, especially on downshifting.
