Default Torque twist

Doing about 70 in 6th, I noticed that if i come off and on the throttle, the car seems to pull right or left respectively.

Also noticed on hard acceleration when changing gear, the car seems to pull to the left.

Is this normal or evidence of something more serious?

It could be the passive rear wheel steer thing. Mine will do it if you're turning at the time, but not in a straight line. I guess if it does it in a straight line you could have some kind of problem...

Glorified name for slack rubber bushes AFAICS*.
Find a constant radius corner and drive around it at a comfortable speed. Easing on or off the throttle will cause the car to tighten or slacken it's line. You can adjust it's attidude a large amount on the throttle (without sliding ) whilst holding the steering wheel in exactly the same position.

*Dunno if there's a poly bush kit available for the S, but if there is I'd be interested to know if that gets rid of the slackness and PRWS..?

Ah well, am sure I've read something about it somewhere, but can't find it on here, maybe I imagined it! (Having said that I can never get the search to work properly on this forum, so who knows!)

Anyhow, mine does it and is fine!

Had the same on the car I test drove. Most likely to be just one tyre under-inflated

I had the same thing happen in the summer. The car pulled to the left under acceleration and I asked the same question here as you have.

Several posts said it could be a left rear puncture - It was. Sounds the same as your problem.
