Captain_Liu - Another tip I've just thought of is spray it with WD40/Plus Gas etc like you have done and let it soak over night
Then take the wheel off and jack it up as high and as safely as you can. Get a socket over the nut with a long bar on it and try to break the seal of the nut. Make sure the nuts a nice tight fit, and get yourself a single hex socket to help prevent rounding the nut. Once that seal is broken then put your allen key in the middle and use the closed end of the spanner to take it off.
I'm sure once you've done one you'll be able to get the others off.
Good luck mate

The R35 was a quick car, but there was no noise or excitement with it, which was a bit disappointing.

I have just tried again and I'm really worrying about the allen key rounding off inside... It's getting more and more loose and I dont know if I should do any more of it... by single hex socket you mean allen key right? what size did you use?
Multi Hex socket on the left, and a single hex on the right. I prefer single hex sockets because it doesn't let me round off the nut head so easily. I find if you put too much pressure through a multi hex socket it can skip round the nut and start to round it off
Instead of an allen key try using a hand impact driver. I used the allen key adapter into the 1/2" drive adapter and then plugged in a normal 1/2" slide bar like so...
I found this gave me much more grip and prevented me rounding off the allen key slot. Remember if you bugger the allen key slot you'll need a replacement drop link.
I think it might be a good idea to get yourself some Plus Gas as well, as WD40 may not be man enough for the task.

As i dont have a impact driver present, i'm thinking of another option, that is using a nut splitter to cut out the nuts and get another 2 same size nuts, you think it's a good idea? As I really dunno how much force I can still put on the allen key without destroying it...

I like the rookie "X" stickers. Never seen them used for track days before ...
Circuit days handed them out to drivers who had never done it before, I think it helped regulars understand why I was slow to start with

Also, i dont understand how you use the impact driver, the allen key is only used to stop the thread turning togather with the nut right? so how would impact driver make any difference?
