I thought of that - but didn't fancy doing the job myself - half the cost of getting a roof replaced is the labour anyway.

Might have considered it if I had a garage and summer hadn't finally buggered off!

Why would you be smoking in the street? I use ash trays like you should? Also I do not smoke in my car or house etc etc therefore you have no chance of catching me throwing a cigarette but out of my window.

And as for the NHS debate that doesn't really hold water has anyone actually looked how much tax smokers pay on the things!? You will probably find they are an economy boost
