Accelerated down a short stretch of dual carriageway before slowing for a slip road onto another stretch of dual carriageway. As i slowed down in third from about 7000 rpm down to around 4000 rpm i got what can only be described as a metallic sounding high pitched vibration noise that lasted for no more than a couple of seconds.

Anyone know what this might be?

That is helpful, mine did this once recently, but i cannot replicate it now
