This was my solution:

Buy a video walkman (works on remote control), two bulletcams, mic, a nicad pack, wiring and phono switch (to enable push button change from cam 1 to cam 2)

Plumb it all into the car (nothing more intrusive than the odd bit of tape and velcro).

Bulletcam looking back (the velcro will help kill vibration as well as avoiding making holes in my car).

Bulletcam in the front.

It all worked out great (enough power in the nicad pack to fill two 45min tapes, rock steady picture and instant switching front to rear)

Nice set-up, thanks.

Unfortunately I don't want to be speding that amount of money.

I can get the metal bracket from my pic made up at work, but its getting hold of the camera attachment thats the problem.

Have you tried looking at cheap tripod attachements in a camera shop? I have a couple of tripods and they came with attachments to go on the bottom of a camara (and they fit the bottom of a Sony Handycam OK). Just an idea, but good luck.

Or you could treat yourself like I did - you don't have to buy a video walkman - if your camera has an "AV in" it will work with the bulletcams - these cost
