Default Warm Start

Hi all anybody help with this, If I go out and the car is already up to temp from previous journey, its virtually un- driveable everytime you bring the clutch up the revs just die. Its almost like the choke has come on and you get the Kangaroo effect?

Sounds similar to a problem I have, but very random. Does it happen for a short period of time after starting?

I tried a different MAP sensor but didn't cure it, could be Lambda (O2 on manifold) as my fuel consumption has increased. Honda checked the diagnostics and didn't find any problems though, although they may not have checked or noticed a dodgy O2 sensor.

Yes
Yep, sounds very familiar!

Usually after driving off it plays up after a minute. I find putting your foot down further can make it bog a bit more, but past a certain point of throttle it's fine and accelerates nicely (when its in closed loop fueling I think?).

Once its sorted itself out within 10-20 seconds its absolutely fine.
