Well I enquired about a month ago. The chap suggested Honda will try everything possible before replacing them. We all know the invariable reliability of some of the dealership advice so wouldn't take it as gospel but I hadn't heard of this drying agent kit before now so may be some truth in it.

yeah the problem is completly solved, apart from the water stain but i will have too live with that for leaving it so long but its perfect now
