At the risk of tempting fate, I've had a word with the "powers that be" and ordered a sunny day with a max shade temperature of 22 degrees for Saturday in the Mid-Wales area. They said this should be OK.

Driving home last night was appauling - torrential rain, strong winds and large lumps dropping off trees left right and centre

Yeah, it was p!ssy last night, but look at it today. Hood was off at 7am this morning, and it'll be off again tonight. Let's hope it sticks for you all !!

 

The long range forecast looks very good.

 

Its going to be in the 20's Thurs, Fri, Sat & Sun.

I'll bring some sun screen this time, my ears were glowing last time.
