Guys, standing at the front of your car which way round are your terminals ???

The batteries I'm looking at/been reccommened seem to have the terminals the wrong way round........

Nick if your standing at the front then the Positive is closest to the bumper and on the left of the battery.

The terminals WILL fit regardless of the layout. Just turn the battery 180 degrees so they are on the correct side.

The cables WILL go on.

I've done a bit of research on batteries and emailed a few companies.

I've got the list at home. If you wait until tonight I'll post up the details.

Are you sure. I mean turn the battery around 180 degrees so the negative is near the bulk head. There's plent of earth cable left for mine???

Wouldn't fit on mine, but it is easy enough to put a longer cable on if you want

I changed mine a few weeks ago. You have got to make sure the terminals are on the correct side. I initially got the wrong battery (well it was exactly the same but the terminals were the incorrect side) and had to change it as the cables wouldn't reach.

Wow, I wonder if mine is different then? Perhaps they changed them in '05 onwards?

If it does reach, you have many more options with some much higher CCA outputs. Standard Honda battery is 330 CCA. The ones on my list that fit are up to 540CCA which is a massive improvement on cold cranking.
