Default What header & Spoon damper kit?

I've got an Amuse titanium extra w exhaust and a J's Racing decat pipe on the way. The car has a DC Sport header and an AEM V2 induction kit. Now I plan to keep the AEM V2 and want to change the header (they were on the car when I bought it) . What header would you guys recommend?

Also I've got Spoon Sport lowering springs (they lower the car 20/25mm)and Volk CE28N 17'' wheels on the way. Was thinking of getting the fixed type Spoon damper kit but I am worried about how harsh they'd make the ride. My AP1 is a daily drive and as you might know the roads here are sh*te. Would the dampers improve the handling much over the stock (with the springs)? How much more uncomfortable would they make the ride (if any at all)? Would I be wasting my money?

Any suggestions are welcome. Thanks.

John

Thanks Rislar, anyone know a link to where I can find out about weight and power gains of the different headers available? And anyone know about the Spoon damper kit?

Thanks again. I already did several searches but it's hard to know what to do next. Some headers give improvements with the stock stuff and nothing with after market stuff. I guess I plan on the header next and maybe mapping it to optimize the setup.
Looked at a few and they had the Amuse header with the Amuse hi tech rom. (all made with each other in mind) But lots of

I think you will find it hard to get real gains no matter what you put on. The yanks seem to rate the megan.
I think a trip to Center Gravity is the best money spent on suspension. Good call on wheels what colour did you go for?

I went for the titanium finish CE28N 10 spoke. 17 x 7.5 front and 17 x 9 rear. Loved the look of them on the Amuse GT1.
Cars gonna be lowered about 20mm with the Spoon springs and I just mailed Center Gravity to find out what they can do for me. Was just talking to a guy who's got his car done by them and gonna wait to see what he thinks. I agree, would possibly be money better spent than just buying dampers.
