Just as a counter to all the good S/C work going on at the moment, I got back to N/A thinking again...

I cant think of any, other than Biker1's car, that has internal engine N/A mods - and he wont tell us what they are

So is another 30-60 plus bhp possible for

So after the basic bolt ons, you need higher compression and more revs.

Pistons & HG for the compression.
Valves, springs, and cams for the revving.
Stroker kit for displacement ..

Yup.

ITB's, management and an exhaust manifold would see a good chunk of power before peak I guess. Think there were some graphs around from the UK somewhere...

But again you would need higher compression I guess?

Big wad of mid range power. But no massive peak gains.

But you end up with a lighter, more responsive car.

So ITBs on the intake, open exhaust.
Then get the cams, valves, and springs for monster high revs.
Add in a forged stroker kit that'll match the revs with more displacement and nutty compression.

Makes my instal look like a walk in the park

After all that NA tuning, I'd want to bolt a blower on

As I said, I know its a no contest on price vs power so I don't want to get into that

I just think it will be an interesting discussion.

F24 build

Check out Race Engine Designs for a UK closest match.

Spoon and J's do their stroker kits, Japanese prices are about

Im thinking camshafts, ITB's (which we know can be a PITA on a daily driver), engine work etc.
Cams are only good for ~ 15bhp IIRC.

Better to spend your money on final drive, suspension and reducing weight to give yourself a faster, better handling car IMO.

I was thinking aside from the weight loss / handling mods, Steven.
