Default When Pheasants attack!

Enjoying a bit of top down action over the weekend, went for a nice drive around Congelton, Macclesfield up the A537 (got stuck in traffic ) onto Ashborne than back to Stoke. Most enjoyable. However my glee was shortlived when a Pheasant of the suicidal variety decided to walk out in front of the car on a VERY fast stretch of road, just miles from my home.

Result, muchos feathers being ejected from the rear of the car and one cracked bumper, in fact the little feckers head must have gone throught the plastic, the inpact has snapped the lower vertical supports for the grill along with countless stress fractures on the paint.

Ah well at leasts its a excuse to get those pesky stone chips done and a new front lip fitted.

Gonna get a price of a new bumper just to weigh it up against a repair

Pictures to follow

This could have been much worse dude - I'll already posted about one pheasant incident here.

Hope she gets sorted quickly

Jeez Kelk

thankfully this little bugger was just spat out the back in a ball of feathers and assorted bird body parts.

Lucky it hadn't taken flight when you hit it - the benefits of invisible grey

That ought to plastic weld! Get the number plate surround off, the holes welded up and the washers colour coded as well for that ultra clean front end!
