2. Finish
3. In the unlikely event of it ending up in court, insist on a jury trial of one's peers i.e. owners of nice cars that have been dinged

Sorry Don, guess I've got a way to go before I reach those buddist heights of enlightenment
What we need is parking bays like they got in the USA, I mean those spaces are fecking huge!!!!!!
I think I might have to keep my other car when I get the S becos I think mine is also going to be an A - B - A car as well.
Some people don't give a shit about their cars, their houses, their appearances, their kids etc........bunch of a$$holes.

more glares......
they then went into M&S so seeing as it is a free world I left my business card with the registration of the offendingly closely parked vehicle on the now dented car's windscreen!! Probably not the nicest thing to do I know.

I use mother and baby spaces - no apologies as its usually mothers and baby type cars that result in the door dings. i.e. they swing the door open to get the pram out/in. Strap the baby in etc. etc. Maybe its about time the greedy supermarkets had bigger spaces eh ? they are out of town mostly anyway
one of the posts tells us to be mellow..OK..but who is paying for the dings?
I can count on one hand the times I have parked in a public carpark
...and despite following all the advice of where to park and where not....
result after 5 visits to a shopping centre.
one ding in the front wing...estimated cost of repair by Honda 500quid.
so more or less 100quid a visit

Ferries are even worse. And old people and kids are the real villains in denting - not very flexible and just plain unaware respectively.
I won't get out of the car until the people around me are out. It's hilarious watching them contort themselves - as they damn well should! I also get back to the car first as well..........
I don't think it's unreasonable to get worked up when it's

Gaddafi - you are sooooooooooo right about kids. A snotty faced little sod but a dent in my Pug when it was about a week old by opening his Dad's rusty old Escort door onto it.
It left my paint on his door and his rust on mine!
Annoying thing was that I saw him do it - but there's nothing you can do about it. (Well not when the parents are there
)
Any parents out there - remember - this is what child locks are for! (Nothing to do with stopping the kids from falling out.)
