do I have to roll my front fenders with this setting:

Front: CE28N 7.5x17 +50 with 10mm H&R DRS Spacers = offset of 40
Tires: 215/45 R17

Currently lowered to approx. 13 inches (33cm) no rubbing issue. How much lower can I go until it would start to rub? Do not want to do any fender work in the front... but i want to go a bit lower. Hope someone can post some useful infos.
Interesting. I posted in the large thread elsewhere on the forum and one of the American mods said I'd have to slightly roll the front arches with this setup (17x7.5J ET 50 with 10mm H&R spacers each side). I only want to drop it 25mm so if you have been fine with a drop of 33mm then I should be well in the clear.

Can anyone confirm for me? Very very happy if it'll go straight on.
That should be ok Chris. The rears will definitely be fine although it may be close on the fronts as they will essentially become an ET40 with the spacers. I'd say an ET48 front is probably the lowest you can go so you could always try the spacers on the rear and not on the front?

Thought I'd update. No rubbing on the left, but because I'm clearly a fat bastard, I get slight rubbing on the right but it is only the bodywork plastic clips thingies and it is not touching the bodywork itself. And it's only over severe bumps.

Well all i can say is my Enkei PF01 wheels and Federal tyres fit perfectly no rubbing no arch rolling and despite what some might say who prefer the slammed look they look right to me.
