Default window tinting?

Need some advice I would like to get my windows tinted on my s2000, not a total blackout but a noticeable tint... is it a bad idea ?

I was wondering if its bad for when you want to sell a car on and if its undoable ?

Also is it legal ? I heard you get pulled over by the cops a lot if you have tinted windows is this true?

You can legallly go to 50% which if you did the rear screen would make it quite dark. I have it on my other 2 cars.

I can't quite get round the look of a convertible, with the roof down and tinted windows up - it somehow doesn't look right to me.

The car is dark enough inside with the roof up. Tinting the windows would be a disaster, more so than other types of car.

I agree, personally i would get the lighest smoke tints avaiable for the front windows, there barely noticable.

But at the end of the day, i drive an S because i want people to see me!
