Default Windscreen Wipers

Are these really as bad as I am finding, or am I just unlucky? Has anyone replaced their blades and found an improvement?

We did this on Jude's Civic and it made a big difference using a pair of Bosch blades.

Had my S for 3 years & a bit now (but then you already know that) & I'm still on the original set of wipers !!

No problems what so ever !!

Car passed MOT with flying colours as well !

Yep, came through a very thick cloud of bugs in The Netherlands last week. Screen covered with dead bodies and I nearly emptied the washer bottle in trying to scrape a clear patch to see out of. The water even had a high concentration of some Esso summer screen clean, but it did no good at all. I had to stop and manually clear the screen at the next service point.
I've also noticed that the driver's side is particularly poor at clearing the rain away.

Mine seem to be fine - I guess they haven't had much use though as I usually take her out on sunny days.

Ade
I had my car for about 2 weeks and thought the wipers were really bad. I put some Bosch wipers on and have seen a massive improvement in rain clearing over the originals. Would thoroughly recommend you change them it worth the 11 quid or so that they cost.
Cheers

I replaced mine a couple of weeks back with a pair of Bosch wipers I got at the local Halfords - big improvement.

I had mine replaced after about 11,000 miles and I think I'll have them replaced again soon (now at 24,000)

When I looked in Halfords there were no wipers matched for the S2000. What size should be bought?? Standard fitting I presume?

I've just bought and fitted some Champion Wiper blades. I've had 3 sets of Honda one so far and haven't been overly impressed. Champion list the S2000 - so no problems there.

The blades are slightly different. No spoiler on the driver's side blade (but I don't think this is an issue.). Fitted in 2 minutes. Given me a week or two of driving and I'll post what I think of them.

No problems here with the wipers. You should change the blades every couple of years or so (at least). The Bosch ones are a good choice. I fitted different sizes between left and right comapred to standard to give more coverage.
