Default Winter Makeover

Ok, so I'm hoping not to use my s2000 too much in the winter, but I've bought a set of oem pre facelift wheels (in pretty poor condition) and a hardtop for winter use.

The wheels need a refurb and some winter tyres and the hardtop isn't the right colour so I'm thinking of getting it wrapped (after getting the dents taken out).

So, since I now have the option of getting the wheels and the hardtop a different colour, I was thinking of going for something slightly different. It will just be for a few months over the winter time.

Right now the hardtop is black which looks ok, I've had some suggestions from friends to go for a carbon fibre wrap (eww). My car is a facelift in Moonrock, was thinking maybe going for black with a slight purple hue/pearl but not sure.

Any opinions/suggestions?

Here's the car with the hardtop on:

Black HT works well for the CR edition (Apex blue, white and yellow), but for grey/silvers etc I'd paint it the same colour

Disclaimer my car is being painted Apex blue with black HT

I agree, it still just looks like you borrowed someone else's ht or haven't gotten round to painting it yet

Yeah, I like the oem look, but a respray might not even match correctly and will be costly.

I think it needs to be darker than the car so orange will probs be a bit too crazy :/

Was hoping to tie it in with the wheels so it looks less like I've borrowed someone else's hardtop, lol.
