whats the crack these days with sorn'ing cars.

Thinking that my tax runs out in November and the car will be locked away in a garage all winter ( to keep it nice ) so if i sorn it i just wont drive it. avoid temptation etc but hasn't the legislation changed or something now?

then i can retax in march/april ?
