My mate got hold of some S-02s for the rear, only when i popped over to have them put on last week, turns out they are not the ones i told him. Can anyone offer some advice on what the S02JZ is actually for? Same size, 225/50 16 but they arent Potenza's. I've had them on a week but since its not my everyday car prob only done 50-70 miles or so. Got all the tyre pressures right and took it out on my fav bit of road for a quick blast last night. Seems not quite right once the tyres have got some heat in, and not sure if its just having new tyres or whether there are issues with the actually tyre (or is it in my head??!!). The tyres i took off were totally screwed (pic attached!) but in the 3500k i've done in the car since i got it, never once felt anything other than planted.

Having front tracking done today so gonna reserve judgement till after that but wanted some thoughts on the matter...

Porsche tyres. I had them on mine when I first got it. In theory they're not as wide as the ES02JZs we should be using.
